    ระยะเวลาทดลองงาน ถึงแม้ว่ากฎหมายจะไม่ได้กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ตายตัว แต่โดยมาตรฐานทั่วไปมักอยู่ที่ 3-6 เดือน ทั้งนี้ หากจำเป็นต้องขยายระยะเวลา ทั้งนายจ้างและลูกจ้างควรตกลงด้วยลายลักษณ์อักษรร่วมกัน.
